INFORMATION FOR NEW STUDENTS

Settle into UWA with support and guidance from an experienced student mentor.

Starting uni is exciting—but it can also feel overwhelming. In your first semester at UWA, you can apply to join UniMentor and be matched with a current student mentor to help you find your feet.

Whether you need help understanding how to use the LMS, finding a good study spot, or want to know what’s happening on campus, your mentor is just a message away. You’ll connect one-on-one and in small groups throughout the program's 7 week duration to build your confidence and feel part of the UWA community from day one. There are also several exclusive events for UniMentor participants which are a great way to meet people and have some fun in between classes.

New students will be able to join closer to Semester 2.
