UWA Career Mentor Link is a six-month mentoring program (May–October) that connects industry professionals (mentors) with UWA students (mentees).
You will be matched with a student whose career interests and course align with your skills and expertise. As a mentor, you can use your experience to guide, support, and encourage students as they explore their career pathways.
The program is flexible and student-led. While the Career Mentor Link team coordinates the match, overall structure, and events, it is the mentee’s responsibility to drive the relationship.
Please note: this program is not a pathway for students to secure an internship or employment at your organisation; students are informed of this from the outset.
