This program connects staff within the Directorate of Student Success and Progression with senior leaders and managers from across the University, providing access to broader views, professional perspectives, and career insights.

It is intended for staff who are ready to actively invest in their development and engage in a professional mentoring relationship.

The 2026 program will run for three months from September 2026 - December 2026.

We are currently collecting Expressions of Interest. Profiles will then be reviewed and approved in August and matching will take place. You will be contacted once your match has been confirmed, with next steps and program guidance
