Colleague Connect is designed to help you build a strong, supportive network across UWA through peer to peer connections. This program is open to all staff within the ​Education and Student Experience Portfolio.

The 2026 program will run for three months from September 2026 - December 2026.

New staff
•    Those wanting to better understand how the university operates
•    Those wanting to meet other staff
•    Those looking to connect beyond their immediate team
•    Those wanting to broaden their network
Existing staff
•    Those wanting to connect with other areas
•    Those looking to broaden their network
•    Those wanting to support newer staff
•    Those wanting to experience a mentoring style connection in a low stakes format

We are currently collecting Expressions of Interest. Profiles will then be reviewed and approved in August and matching will take place. You will be contacted once your match has been confirmed, with next steps and program guidance
