About the program
UWA Career Mentor Link is a six-month mentoring program (May–October) that connects UWA students (mentees) with experienced industry professionals (mentors). Eligible students must be enrolled in an award course and have completed at least one year of undergraduate study, or be enrolled in a postgraduate course.
Students are matched with mentors whose professional backgrounds align with their areas of study or career interests.
The program encourages students to explore their career goals, gain insight into industry expectations, and build professional confidence, while mentors share their expertise, guidance, and support in helping students navigate their career journey.
